SYSTEM-SEGMENT-TANKS

For our PVS water purification plants, we mainly use enameled steel tanks in segmental or modular design for round tanks/basins with a filling capacity of more than 25 m3. 

The core element of the complex manufacturing process is the enameling process, which is carried out at >800° C using the PUESTA process (powder electrostatic). The result is a uniform surface finish that is characterized by:

• resistance to corrosion and impact abrasion
• temperature resistance
• Resistance to aggressive and abrasive substances

The smooth surface is easy to clean and meets hygienic requirements even after years of use. These ultra-glass enamel panels are screwed together in a checkerboard design. A special sealing and screw system is a prerequisite for liquid-tight and stable tank construction.

Decades of experience in drinking water, service water and waste water in open or closed design guarantee a friction-free plant operation. 

Each tank is statically dimensioned and designed according to a calculation program. The segment elements are dimensionally suitable for container transport and are assembled on site. 

The structural measures on site are limited to the construction of a required reinforced concrete foundation slab, to be executed according to load specifications by PVS.
