DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION

The DAF/DOF flotation plant is available in a round or rectangular design, suitable for both indoor and outdoor version.

The special features are innovative process supporting equipment, such as:

• Use of a appropriate bubble generator to create micro- and nano-bubble mist for optimal ozone/O₂
• Even for the smallest particles, an intensive O₂-input produces a space-covering solid lift. 
• When O₃ (Ozone) is applied, the extensive deactivation of pathogenic germs and suppression of biofilms.
• The solids are removed at the lowest point of the section funnels.
• Clean water removal via protected section vents.
• Fully submerged lamella blocks with tuned hydraulic flow injection.
• Removal/skimming of the flotate sludge is achieved by height-adjustable immersion depth of the screw scoop, which ensures residue-free collection and removal.

Optional: Closed version with exhaust air treatment.

An on-site testing is available to determine actual influent loads and achievable removal efficiencies.
