The "glass house principle" takes over the thermal supply for the combined water evaporation

Planning:

The achieveable sunshine hours at one location represent the essential basis for achieving a sufficient energy factor. Thus, this circumstance has to be taken into account in the planning phase. In case it is not possible to find the ideal location and thus to achieve the necessary sunshine hours, an additional heating is recommended for an all-season-operation. For this, a floor heating using a heat pump or waste heat from power systems for digester is very suitable.

Function:

The “glass house principle” takes over the thermal supply for the combined water evaporation and drying of the applied, pre-drained and pre-thickened sludge. The uniform sludge distribution is achieved by a special transverse turning and conveying device, which is automatically guided and controlled over the hall floor. Depending on the relative humidity, an automatically coordinated exchange of air between the hall air and the outside air takes place under process control, resulting in an optimum evaporation climate.

Project scope: 

Depending on requirements, turnkey including construction measures or only the electromechanical equipment is including dimensioning and execution by PVS.
