EVAPORATION
If molecularly dissolved substances, preferably in aqueous solutions, are to be separated as a highly concentrated substance, an evaporation process by retention is used. Molecularly dissolved substances are substances that do not pass into the vapour phase when the liquid is heated and remain as a concentrate.
Pre-filtration is a sensible treatment (upstream process) that largely separates and removes undissolved substances.
The empirical and technically advanced evaporation process also offers the possibility of using highly complex solutions for industry, even for new (previously too complex) requirements such as PFAS (e.g. landfill leachate).
The economic effect was also taken into account in the technical concept and heat exchangers were designed according to the heat pump principle in a closed air flow circuit with recondensation.
We recommend that you send us a 1-litre sample of the liquid to be evaporated and commission us with the laboratory analysis, including the preparation of a report.
The aim is to determine the economic efficiency in terms of potential savings using the determined concentration factor (CF), irrespective of official requirements.
Optional:Â Exhaust air purification with reconditioning system.
