FILTER BAG DEWATERING WITH DRYING

with energy-free drying up to over 90%TS

The filtration and dewatering happens in two stages, by means of gravity and via pressurized air. The first process of the dewatering occurs with the filling of the filter sack. The second phase while the filter sacks are stored outside (but protected in the pallet storage against bad weather condition).

The storage outside should be for at least for 12 months, especially during the winter time, in order to cover at least 12 months and to reach the optimal dry mass content.

This far-reaching non-energy consuming dry mass system was developed predominantly for decentralized sewage plants until approx. 3000 EW, preferentially for tourist regions where huge fluctuations and seasonal utilization occur.

The winter/summer operation supports the drainage process (TS ≥ 90%) being free of charge considerably. This is mainly due to the fact that during winter time (period of freezing temperatures) state of aggregation adjusts/sets and therefore icing occurs at the mesh filter which then supports the evaporation process by plus temperatures.

Due to the reduced amount of sludge (from approx. 20% to 90% dry matter content) the waste disposal costs are reduced considerably.

The standard models are 2- 3- 6- of 12-filter sack systems matched with polymer stations including loading units and guarantee a perfect filling and drainage process.
